Because your Informant account is linked to your Google account, you can not change email address. You can however create a new Informant account with another Google account.

How Do I Set up a Payment Plan?

  1. Go to your Account page.
  2. Fill out the form and choose how many Subscriptions you need (10-100).
  3. Submit.

How Do I Change a Payment Plan?

You can increase or reduce your plan at any time.

  1. Go to your Account page.
  2. Click Manage Billing to be taken to the billing portal (you must have an existing payment plan for this option to appear).

How Do I Download My Data?

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Press the Download Data button.
